What You’ll Learn
Our mission is to help you achieve your career goals. In just two to three years, our Sacramento BSN program will prepare you for the NCLEX-RN exam, so you can pursue a rewarding career as a qualified Registered Nurse (RN). At Sacramento, we want to give you a well-rounded learning experience. Our program combines traditional instruction with lab simulations and virtual classes. That way, you can maintain your daily life responsibilities while pursuing your career. To earn your nursing degree, you will complete 120 units by the end of this program.

Finished the nursing program at Unitek and it was fun but challenging. The school environment was very friendly and the staff members are great. As challenging as the program was, they were always very supportive and kept our motivation going.
The Sacramento Campus
Our Sacramento campus is located at the heart of an urban college district. With Sacramento State close by, many resources for college students are within reach, such as housing, local restaurants, employment opportunities, and more. While on campus, students can utilize our library, student lounge, and several laboratories.
At Sacramento, our classrooms are furnished with individual desks, whiteboards, projectors, and screens for presentations. Our labs also house patient-care stations to simulate real hospital settings. Each lab comes with storage cabinets as well. They contain equipment like IV poles, enteral feeding pumps, blood pressure cuffs, scales, adult and pediatric mannequins, and other equipment for nursing procedures.
Nursing Simulation Labs
Our BSN simulation labs are a great benefit for our students. They are designed to provide realistic nursing scenarios. In fact, all our programs offer hands-on labs to support student learning and simulation techniques. Our BSN program is also accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
Virtual Learning
Our BSN program utilizes an online platform for some of the classes, coursework, and assignments. In addition, we provide students with 24/7 technical assistance. One of our goals is to better accommodate busy adults who may work full time or care for their families.
At the end, with the help of Career Services, I ended up getting hired at the first place my resume was sent to, and I really enjoy it.
