About the Vocational Nursing Program at South San Francisco

Our Vocational Nursing (VN) program in South San Francisco, California is designed with your schedule in mind. Although our VN courses are highly intensive and well-rounded, the program can still be completed in as little as 12 months. If night classes are better suited to your schedule, we also offer an evening program that typically takes 17 months to complete.

Students in our VN program learn through a combination of expert lectures, simulation training, and hands-on exercises. We also maintain a highly supportive NCLEX review team that’s led by our Senior VN Instructor and VN Program Director. Our South San Francisco campus recently achieved a 94% NCLEX passing rate for the VN program over the last 12 months, which is among the very highest for all Vocational Nursing schools in California. I really appreciate the care and effort that was put in by Career Services. Towards the end of the program I was beginning to feel some doubts about getting a job but their whole process (with mock interviews) made me feel a lot more confident.
