How to Submit Your Official Transcripts for Evaluation
To submit official transcripts, go to your former institution’s website or registrar’s office and request official transcripts be sent to our college. To receive credit from a prior institution, official transcripts must be received prior to your start date. If you need guidance, please contact your admission representative.
How to Submit Your Unofficial Transcripts for Review
If you would like to submit unofficial transcripts for a review, please submit below. The process should take no more than a couple of minutes and you will receive an email with an unofficial evaluation report. If you do not receive an email with a report, please reach out to your admissions representative.
This is a tool to be used to help you understand what could possibly transfer and should not be considered an official evaluation. Please be advised that if we do not already have your former institution within our records, we will not be able to provide an unofficial review. In that situation, you should submit an official transcript through the official process.
Important Notes & Policies
Transfer evaluations do not affect GPA; transferred courses are typically recorded with a TC (Transfer Credit) notation that counts toward completion rate but not cumulative GPA. Our schools reserve the right to determine the transferability and applicability of external courses on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee another institution will accept credits in reverse; transferability is always subject to the receiving institution’s discretion.
