Scholarships
Like grants, scholarships represent money that doesn’t need to be repaid. They may be awarded based on a variety of criteria, including academic achievement, extracurricular talent, financial need, and alumni status. They may be provided by institutions, organizations, or even private individuals.
Institutional Grants
Unitek College offers the following institutional grants:
Alumni Grants
Unitek College offers grants to our alumni when enrolling in another one of our programs*. Our institutional grants include:
MA to PN/VN or BSN ($2,000)
Available to graduates of Unitek College’s Medical Assisting (MA) program who enroll in either Unitek College’s pre-licensure Vocational Nursing (VN)/Practical Nursing (PN) program or Unitek College’s Bachelor of Science (BSN AP) program. The maximum amount of this grant is $2,000.
PN/VN to BSN ($10,000)
Available to graduates of Unitek College’s Vocational Nursing (VN)/Practical Nursing (PN) program who enroll in Unitek College’s pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN-AP) program. The maximum amount of this grant is $10,000.
ASVN to BSN ($5,000)
Available to graduates of Unitek College’s Associate of Science in Vocational Nursing (ASVN) program who enroll in Unitek College’s pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN AP) program. The maximum amount of this grant is $5,000.
Inaugural grants
The Ontario Healthcare Workforce Inaugural Grant is available to all students enrolling in 2026 at our new Ontario, CA campus.
- MA enrolled students are eligible for a grant amount of $2,750.
- VN enrolled students are eligible for a grant amount of $4,000.
