Title IX Compliance

In accordance with the provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the Clery Act as it was amended in the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, Unitek College strongly prohibits acts of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault, and is committed to fostering an environment of awareness and prevention. To that end, the College will investigate complaints of sexual misconduct and, as applicable, execute disciplinary actions when the institution is made aware of such an occurrence.

If you become the victim of sexual misconduct, you should consider calling the police and seeking medical attention immediately. Additionally, if you fear for your safety or others around you, filing a protective order may be a good idea. We also encourage victims to report the offense to the College’s Title IX Coordinator who can provide you with supportive measures and resources, including assistance with notifying local law enforcement authorities if so desired, and information on the process to file a formal complaint.

The Title IX Coordinator for Unitek College is:
Don Corvin, Senior VP of Compliance
1401 Dove Street, Suite 220
