Fremont, California, Sep 05, 2003 - The first batch of students from Unitek College's Pharmacy Technician training program achieved unprecedented success in their PTCB national Certification exams. 20 out of its 21 students were nationally certified in their first try. The combination of sincere students, dedicated instructors and state of art facilities was responsible for this phenomenal milestone.
The PTCB national certification exams are designed to certify the competency of Pharmacy Technicians by making them demonstrate the knowledge needed to practice as a pharmacy technician. National examination gives employers confidence that the individual has been able to meet rigorous standards of quality. Currently, all 50 states offer the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam. Getting a national certification is one of the top priorities for students as far as selecting a training provider is concerned.
